Landowners

Scenic Hill Solar buys or leases land for our solar power plants. We work with landowners with available acreage for development of our solar power projects of varying sizes. We have great flexibility in working with landowners. When evaluating a site, we have preference for the following characteristics:

• Land areas from 15 acres to several hundred acres, ideally flat and clear of obstructions
• Nearby electric power lines or a utility substation
• No known environmental issues such as floodplains, wetlands, or the presence of endangered species
